Well you asked for it and so here it is... the pattern for my mini Christmas stockings.

Round 2: K
Rep last 2 rounds until there are 12sts remaining.
K across the 3sts on the next needle so that there are 6sts on each needle.
Graft the sts together.
Sew in the ends. Create a loop out of a length of yarn, knot one end and thread through top of stocking.
Knit another to make a pair.
Use the same colour sequence or reverse it for a contrasting stocking.
So there you go... if you know the basics of sock knitting you'll find these a breeze to knit. Each one takes me about 75 minutes to knit. I stuff mine full of Christmas themed chocolate treats... but thats because I love chocolate!
Have fun making some for yourself and let me know if you do.
IT"S LESS THAN THRE WEEKS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!!!
That means I've only got twenty days left to make sure that I've been more 'nice' than 'naughty' this year!
Reminding me it is so close to christmas when i have done NOTHING is cruel. Perhaps it is helpful. We will see what I can accomplish this weekend.
BTW, I am still waiting for confirmation of the gig we discussed.
